Moody Rambin has been retained by CEF Funding, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company, as the exclusive property management and leasing agent for a three (3) building portfolio located in the NASA/Clear Lake submarket. 16840, 16850 Buccaneer Lane and 1045 Gemini Street contains approximately 130,000 square feet, including 50,000 square feet of R&D/Flex space and 80,000 square feet of available office space.
Rob Chandler will represent the seller in the disposition of the class B portfolio. Walter Cameron will oversee the property management of the building and Derek Beck and Jeff Barbles will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.
