Moody Rambin Interests has been retained by Dallas, TX based Peloton Commercial Real Estate as the exclusive leasing agent for a four (4) building portfolio located in the Energy Corridor and Westchase submarkets. The portfolio contains approximately 285,499 square feet of office space and has 106,168 square feet of office space available. Griff Jaggard and Derek Beck will handle leasing for the portfolio on behalf of Moody Rambin Interests.
