Moody Rambin has been retained by Richmond Eastside Holdings, LLC as the exclusive property management and leasing agent for the 3000 Richmond Avenue building located in Houston, Texas. The five-story building totals 96,789 square feet and is located in the Greenway Plaza submarket. The Class B property has approximately 5,500 square feet of office space available.

Walter Cameron will oversee the property management of the building and Spencer Starkey and Kurt Kistler will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.
