Moody Rambin has been retained by JP Realty Partners as the exclusive leasing agent for the Memorial 6 Center building located at 738 South Highway 6 in the Energy Corridor submarket of Houston, Texas. The ten-story, Class B building is 155,406 square feet with approximately 14,000 square feet of space available.
Spencer Starkey and Bob Cromwell will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.
