Moody Rambin is proud to announce Dan Moody III and his Development Team along with Kirksey Architecture as the winners of the ULI 2017 Development of Distinction Award for the Town Centre/Queensbury Theater redevelopment in the “for profit” division. This project was up against FMC Technologies Campus at Generation Park by Trammell Crow Company and Southwest Energy Campus by Patrinely Group.
The winners were announced last night at ULI’s 10th Annual Development of Distinction Awards at The Rice Crystal Ballroom. The event is an annual distinguished award program recognizing developments which exemplify best practices in design, construction, economic viability, marketing, management and make a positive impact on community health.
