Brett is a Vice President with Moody Rambin’s New Business Development Group. Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Brett spent nine years working in commercial construction developing his understanding of property acquisition design, construction management, renovation methodologies, and project management. This experience paired with his work in retail and residential development arms Brett with a wealth of knowledge in dealing with governmental agencies, building owners, and the nuances of lease and purchase negotiations.
Brett began his career working on various retail and residential projects for a small local investment group in Houston, Texas. From small strip centers to multi-million dollar residential developments, Brett was in charge of acquiring the land and working through the development process. This led to an opportunity with Brazos Industries. After Hurricane Katrina, this company re-roofed the New Orleans Superdome, where he managed projects across Texas and the southeast United States.
In 2008, Brett joined Arch-Con Construction, a $30 million commercial construction firm specializing in build-to-suits, office build-outs, and commercial construction. He led their business development and project management efforts, specializing in office, retail, industrial and hospitality properties.
With several years of development, management, and investment experience, Brett provides his clients with extensive sales and marketing skills, site location expertise, and investment knowledge to ensure his clients receive in-depth, trusted advice and service.
