Brett Miles and Ryan King of Moody Rambin leased the 11.04 acre auto dealership located at 9120 Southwest Freeway to an undisclosed tenant. Brett Miles and Ryan King represented the landlord. Joseph Sebesta, also of Moody Rambin, represented the tenant in negotiations. This property has housed the David Taylor Cadillac/GMC/Buick store for over 40 years. The Cadillac/GMC/Buick franchises are being relocated on the Southwest Freeway later this year.
