As a Senior Vice President of Office Services for Moody Rambin, Kevin has direct responsibilities in marketing and leasing office buildings in various Houston submarkets, for both institutional and privately held, entrepreneurial owners. In Kevin’s twenty-two (22) years with Moody Rambin, he has been involved in thousands of transactions, large and small, with vast experience negotiating and structuring complex lease deals on behalf of his clients. In addition to developing and executing leasing and marketing programs to increase occupancy and add value, he also excels in tenant retention through building relationships and communicating effectively with tenants and their brokers. Kevin’s daily focus is accomplishing the goals of his clients and representing their assets with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
