Mike Harp has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development and construction. Mike’s diverse skill set, experience, creative approach and positive attitude bring a strong addition to Moody Rambin.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Mike served as Development Director managing site acquisitions, site entitlements, design, permitting and construction management for CVS Pharmacy and Stripes (Convenience Stores) throughout Texas and into the Midwest part of the United States. Mike has managed major office building renovations and worked with numerous tenants as both Tenant Representative and Landlord Construction Manager in the Houston Area. Most recently, Mike has also served as Project Manager on several multimillion-dollar school projects in the Greater Houston area. These projects have ranged from remodels to new construction, and include the following school districts: Alief, Clear Creek and Katy.

Throughout his career, Mike’s experience and knowledge have allowed him to successfully deliver the most challenging of projects on time and on budget. His ability to develop, train, and lead, successful project teams has inspired trust and confidence from his client’s while creating opportunities for repeat business.

He is actively involved with Kids’ Meals, a non-profit organization serving preschool children living in severe poverty. In addition, Mike also serves on the Breeders Greeters Committee at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. His personal pursuits focus on spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and gardening.
