Moody Rambin congratulates Terri Torregrossa and Jim Autenreith on being named CoStar’s Power Brokers for 2013. Every year, CoStar Group recognizes the top real estate brokerage firms and brokers for this award. The winners are based on tallied commercial real estate sales and lease transactions that were closed during the previous year. The awards are presented to the individuals who achieved the highest volume of sales and leases in over 90 markets across the country. Terri topped the 2013 office leasing charts with 101 completed office leases. Jim achieved his “Top Industrial Leasing Broker” award with more than 85 completed lease transactions.
