The recent Greenspoint lease transaction at the 363 North Belt building, was handled by both the landlord and tenant representation divisions for Moody Rambin.

Murex Petroleum Corporation leased 20,423 square feet at the 363 North Belt building, located at 363 N Sam Houston Parkway E, Houston, Texas. Terri Torregrossa and Kurt Kistler of Moody Rambin represented the building owner TA Realty Associates. Ryan Fassett and Josh Marcell also from Moody Rambin represented the tenant in negotiations.
