Moody Rambin’s founder Howard Rambin was recognized by Mayor Parker last week for creating Keep Houston Beautiful, which works with hundreds of thousands of volunteers to recycle, plant trees, increase Houston’s water use efficiency and clean up neighborhoods. Dubbed the Litter Day Saint in the ‘60s, Howard piloted programs that resulted in cleaner and safer construction sites.
