Moody Rambin acquires two new office leasing assignments in the Fm 1960/Champions submarket. Kurt Kistler and Terri Torregrossa will handle both leasing assignments on behalf of Moody Rambin.

The group, retained by Houston based firm Southeast Texas Investments, LLC, will represent two buildings in their portfolio: Huntwick Atrium I and Offices at Champions. The buildings are located at 5206 and 5222 W FM 1960, Houston, TX. The portfolio totals for over 45,000 square feet and located in the FM 1960/Champions submarket.
