Jeffrey Barbles and Rob Chandler of Moody Rambin Interests Industrial Services Group represented Ivest in the purchase of 4210 Lockfield. The 65, 760 square foot flex building was 30% occupied at the time of the sale. The Sellers, Baxter Braband and Michael Lawder, were represented by Michael Bennett of Bennett Properties. Jeffrey Barbles and Jim Autenreith will handle this leasing on behalf of Moody Rambin Interests.
