Moody Rambin Interests has been retained by Houston based Aramco Services Company as the exclusive leasing agent for Braeswood Tower located in the Bellaire submarket. The eleven story, 419,260 square foot, class B building is currently 74% leased and has approximately 109,794 square feet of contiguous office space available. Lee Jeane and Griff Jaggard will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin Interests.
