Moody Rambin has been retained by Oxley Leasing 2550 LLC as the exclusive management and leasing agent for 2550 North Loop West located in the North Loop West submarket. The eight-story, Class B building is 155,061 square feet with approximately 135,843 square feet of space available.
Shelby Doehring will oversee the property management and Kurt Kistler and Terri Torregrossa will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.
