Moody Rambin has been retained by CP I Wickchester L.P. as the exclusive leasing agent for the Woodbranch Building located at 12012 Wickchester Lane in the Energy Corridor submarket. The six-story, Class B building is 109,471 square feet with approximately 1,535 square feet of space available.
Griff Jaggard and Derek Beck will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.
