Moody Rambin has been retained by Dornin Investment Group WB&W, LLC as the exclusive leasing agent for the Kirkwood Atrium building located at 11777 Katy Freeway in the Energy Corridor submarket of Houston, Texas. The five-story, Class B building is 122,900 square feet with approximately 16,000 square feet of space available.
Griff Jaggard and Derek Beck will handle this leasing assignment on behalf of Moody Rambin.
