[HOUSTON, TX – July 2024] – Moody Rambin is pleased to announce the appointment of Shane Cawood as Executive Vice President, Property Management.

In this role, Shane will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing the Property Management division, ensuring continued growth and excellence in service delivery. 

Shane brings a wealth of experience in Commercial Real Estate, most recently serving at Rebees Management Company, where he spearheaded operations for a dynamic start-up experiential property management firm. His leadership was instrumental in overseeing asset and property management, repositioning projects, association management, and events and marketing across a diverse portfolio encompassing 1.5 million square feet of mixed-use properties in Sugar Land and Houston CBD.
