[HOUSTON, TEXAS] – Moody Rambin is pleased to announce that Town Centre Two, an office development of Moody Rambin, is breaking ground in August of 2022 and will finish in the third quarter of 2023.
Located at 730 Town & Country Blvd., Town Centre Two is an eight-story, 167,141 square foot, Class A office building.
Moody Rambin and American National Insurance Company continue their partnership on this project. The building was designed by Kirksey Architecture, engineered by DBR Engineering, and the landscape was designed by Kudela & Weinheimer. Frost Bank is responsible for providing the construction financing, and Hoar Construction will serve as the general contractor.
Town Centre, which includes Town Centre One and Two, is a premier master-planned 420,855 square foot, business-park situated in Town and Country Village, a 41-acre mixed-use development owned and managed by Moody Rambin.
Greystar has leased three floors totaling 68,000 square feet at Town Centre Two, kick-starting the highly anticipated Moody Rambin office development. Greystar will be the first tenant to occupy Town Centre Two, bringing the building’s total occupancy to 41.0%. Scot Ison with Axis Tenant Advisors represented Greystar in the transaction.
