Two new tenants will now call the Galleria area their home. With a combined total of over 16,000 square feet set to come off the market, the 2000 West Loop South building will rise in occupancy.

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. leased 9,199 square feet, and LifeEnergy, LLC leased 7,430 square feet at the 2000 West Loop South building, located at 2000 West Loop South, Houston, Texas. Bob Cromwell, Kevin Nolan and Spencer Starkey of Moody Rambin represented the building owner Shorenstein Properties, LLC during both transactions. Greg Marconi and Chris Mongeluzo of Newmark Knight Frank (NGKF) represented Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. during tenant negotiations. Steve Burkett and Lesa Nickelson French of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) represented LifeEnergy, LLC in negotiations.
